]]> This year marks the installation of a 200KWp solar plant, in line with our efforts to meet our environmental targets, this will participate to reduce by 115 tons yearly our CO2 consumption.


Our objective? Optimize power consumption and limit our carbon footprint, while increasing the volume of fruit handled in our cold rooms. Yet another sign of our group’s constant quest for more sustainable solutions for people and the environment.

]]> From 2022 to 2024 a medium-term maintenance plan has been put in place by Fruit Terminal Company (Terminal Handling operator) to renew our Port facility chillers (to brand new) and our pipes network insulation. Thanks to a significant investment in 2 tranches, Technical team lead by Mr Koomson has been able to reduce by close to 50% the power consumption, thus carbon footprint, of FTC cold room facility. Some operational adjustments and technical improvements on door openings and temperature alerts also importantly participated to get to this beneficial performance.
